In a bid to get rid of tubby, I have picked up running again, and swimming once a week.
My dietary plan is to eat less junk, less carbs, and more protein & fibre.
Other activities include sleeping more.. =D
Yesyes, I know you're going to say what? you where got fatttt?
The thing is, I know my bones are still sticking out and I'm still a size S. But I have gained 2kg since the start of the year AND one inch on my waist and hips. It has been a horrifying experience for me as I have been the same size for 10years, always picking the smallest size on the racks.. And suddenly I don't fit in the smallest size. My clothes that i've been wearing for years are too tight. >.<
I feel like sucha moron.. having a crisis over this. I'm sure people around the world all go through this. I just never experienced it before..
Anyway, I digress.
I went running today, and I ran much faster than my body could take.. 2 rounds around the estate, a pathetic 28mins. Not long enough to lose fat. -.-"
On the bright side, I chionged the slopes, and my calves are crying in pain. At least I did something right. (:
After that, was a series of circuit training. Another feeble effort by me.. Will only know if I actually made any progress tmr if and when my muscles ache.
Yupyup. Short update.
